Welcome to Homeland Services LLC . By accessing our website, requesting an estimate, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Homeland Services LLC provides asphalt maintenance services, which may include but are not limited to:

• Asphalt sealcoating
   
• Crack repair
   
• Asphalt repairs
   
• Line striping
   
• Related maintenance services
   

All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and site conditions.

• All estimates are free and based on visual inspection, measurements, and information available at the time of the estimate.
   
• Prices may change if actual site conditions differ from those originally observed, including hidden damage, drainage issues, or surface deterioration.
   
• Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.

• All scheduling is weather-dependent. Asphalt services require proper temperature and dry conditions.
   
• Homeland Services LLC reserves the right to reschedule services due to rain, extreme temperatures, or unsafe working conditions.
   
• Weather-related delays do not constitute a breach of contract.

• Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
   
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated prior to service.
   
• Late or unpaid balances may be subject to additional fees, collection efforts, or legal action where permitted by law.

• Customers are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
   
• Same-day cancellations or refusal of service upon arrival may result in a cancellation fee.
   

• Customers are responsible for ensuring the work area is clear of vehicles, obstacles, pets, and personal items.
   
• Homeland Services LLC is not responsible for damage caused by obstacles, pre-existing surface issues, underground utilities not properly marked, or unknown site conditions.
   
• Treated areas must remain unused for the recommended cure time following service.
   

• Asphalt maintenance improves and protects existing asphalt but does not provide cosmetic perfection.
   
• Variations in color, texture, and appearance are normal.
   
• Sealcoating and crack repair do not correct structural or base failures, and cracks may reappear due to movement or weather conditions.
   

• Any warranties or guarantees offered will be clearly stated in writing.
   
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by weather, traffic, oil leaks, snow removal equipment, improper use, or failure to follow post-service care instructions.
   
• No implied warranties are provided unless required by law.
   

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homeland Services LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
   
• Loss of use, loss of revenue, or damages beyond the scope of the contracted work
   

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services performed.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of West Virginia.
